Meet Kelly Pickard

Kelly grew up in Melbourne's western suburbs in a household where family violence was present. He experienced significant mental health challenges during his teenage years and into early adulthood, and through a sustained commitment to his own personal development, built the resilience and self-awareness that now underpins his practice.

Kelly completed a degree in Social Science majoring in Psychology. He has worked within prisons rehabilitating and reintegrating violent offenders back into the community. Kelly is also the Head of Wellbeing for Portarlington Football/Netball Club and working with players and board members on multiple topics.

Kelly moved to Brimbank City Council as a Youth Worker supporting young people before leaving and creating Kelth&Wellbeing.
